    LocalRank Auditor is operated by Innovative Creative Agency ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website assessment tool.

    1. Data We Collect

    • Business name, city, and category (user-entered)
    • Google Maps URL (user-entered)
    • Website URL (user-entered)
    • Email address (if you choose to unlock your full report)
    • Google Business Profile data returned from the Google Places API, including business name, rating, review count, category, and address
    • Website crawl data such as page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, and page speed metrics
    • Audit results generated from the above data

    2. Data We Do NOT Collect

    • We do not collect payment information (unless you purchase a paid plan via Stripe)
    • We do not collect passwords
    • We do not collect personal browsing history
    • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13

    3. How We Use Your Data

    • To generate your website assessment report
    • To send the report to your email address if requested
    • To improve the accuracy and quality of our tool

    We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

    4. Third-Party Services

    We use the following third-party services to operate LocalRank Auditor:

    • Google Places API & Google PageSpeed Insights API - subject to the Google Privacy Policy
    • Supabase - database hosting and backend functions
    • Stripe - payment processing (when applicable)
    • Resend - transactional email delivery

    This application uses Google APIs. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    5. Google OAuth Data

    When users choose to connect their Google Business Profile via OAuth, we request read-only access to their business profile data including business name, address, categories, hours, and review counts. We use this data solely to generate the audit report. We do not store Google account credentials. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

    6. Data Storage & Retention

    • Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted servers in the United States.
    • Audit data is retained for 30 days unless you create an account, in which case it is retained until you request deletion.

    7. Cookies

    We use essential cookies to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies at this time.

    8. Your Rights

    Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

    • CCPA (California) - Right to know what data we collect, right to delete, and right to opt out of data sale (we do not sell data).
